Olive fruits are harvested from the Arbequina superintensive garden of Marina di Grossetobolo

During the year 2019, in the Arbequina superintensive garden of Marina di Grosseto (Azienda il Tombolo) tests were established with 5 different plots and two irrigation levels.

On October 26, 2019, the olive fruits were harvested from the plots and, using a small equipment, we produced oils to be chemically analysed.

The same oils were tasted to study if differences in organoleptice features were present within the samples.
