Subdirectorate of Fruits and Vegetables has seen with good eyes Life Resilience

The communication team of Life Resilience project, Ricardo Miguelañez and Andrea Villarino, have met with Maria del Camino Arroyo Perez, Deputy Director General of Fruits and Vegetables and Viticulture of the Ministry of Agriculture of Spain and her team, Maria Angelica Mateo and Leonor De Castro, to talk about the first results of the Life Resilience and the next steps undertaken until 2022.

Since the deputy director have positively assessed that in Life Resilience the almond tree is studied, given the environmental importance of this tree in Spain. The almond tree is planted in very dry areas, bordering with very dry areas, and is one of the tools used to stop the advance of desert areas.
